What is Impact Art???

Have you ever considered that every time an impact is created in sport, that a work of art is being created. A ball struck, a punch landed, a tyre crossing the finishing line, all make a moment that can be captured and each moment is unique.

With this concept in mind the Willow Foundation have launched a project to recapture these moments of impact by asking over 50 of the most famous sports personalities in the world to produce a piece of art that is unique and can never be replicated. How – by kicking, throwing, or hitting against strategically placed paints that will produce a picture onto a canvas. The result- a stunning piece of modern art that is then signed by the artist and framed for posterity. By owning one of these pieces of art, you will not only be helping the vital work that the Willow Foundation carry out, but you will be a collector of something very special.

Using the finest Daler Rowney System3 acrylic paints in the colours of the sports persons team or association and beautifully framed by experts Arqadia, these pictures will be auctioned by the Willow Foundation at special events. In order for more people to have the opportunity to own a piece of Impact Art, a limited edition of only 50 copies will be printed of each picture. These will be individually numbered and like the original, hand signed by the sports person who created it.
