SNOOKER WORLD CHAMPIONS SIGNED IMPACT ART
No fewer than 11 World Champions past and present hit paint covered balls across canvas to create the ultimate piece of sporting memorabilia. They are Steve Davis, Stephen Hendry, Ronnie O'Sullivan, John Parrott, Peter Ebdon, John Higgins, Dennis Taylor, Mark Williams, Terry Griffiths, Graeme Dott and Ken Doherty. With 23 World Titles between them all participated to create this magnificent piece of art. The Impact picture was created at the Aberdeen Conference Centre during the London Watches Grand Prix on October 23rd 2006. This will be auctioned by Willow at a later date to raise vital funds. Further funds will be raised by the sale of prints, of which there are 50 hand signed by all eleven Champions.

What is Impact Art?
Have you ever considered that every time an impact is created in sport, that a work of art is being created. A ball struck, a punch landed, a tyre crossing the finishing line, all make a moment that can be captured and each moment is unique. By using the finest Daler Rowney System3 acrylic paints in the colours of the sports persons team or association the sportsperson becomes the artist. Some have kicked paint covered balls, some have thrown them. Boxing gloves have been used, as have snooker balls, golf balls and cricket balls. Some have added hand prints, whilst some decided to hit balls right through the canvas. All the sportspersons have had an artistic input and the results are stunning. All done under the Impact Art name with the generous support of the sporting community.
