On Saturday 1st September 2001 England thrashed Germany 5-1 in Munich in a World Cup qualifying match to take them to pole position in the group.
It was in first-half injury time when Ferdinand headed down a Beckham cross for Steven Gerrard to unleash an unstoppable 25-yard drive beyond the German goalkeeper's despairing grasp.
A hat-trick from Owen and goal from Heskey followed to complete this legendary win for England.
This photo presentation celebrates the awesome Gerrard goal and has been signed by the player himself during a private signing in October 2010.
